BetterPoint’s solution is a free app that has been tailor-made for the citizens of Venice, allowing them to record their journeys and earn points that can be redeemed for vouchers or donated to charity. Rewards will be targeted to promote sustainable travel, for example offering boosted rewards for trips made on the cycling network. The app also includes a range of mini challenges delivered with local partners and rewarded in the app.
