The leading partner HCE is a web agency that has been designing and developing cutting-edge projects for international brands and agencies, universities and research centers, for more than 20 years and is co-founder of a consortium of European IT companies. No.parking focuses on graphic design and communication for private and public companies from Veneto and South Tyrol, particularly in the field of promoting sustainable tourism. NetMobility is a leading engineering firm providing integrated services (traffic and urban planning; consultancy for administrations/entities on mobility management policies; design of infrastructure for urban and extra-urban mobility, particularly for sustainable mobility) and has extensive knowledge of the mobility systems of the City of Venice.

Our solution will foster behavioural change, especially in home-to-work commuting, by integrating two approaches: supporting and facilitating sustainable mobility promoters’ initiatives and raising awareness among citizens. 

We will implement two tools based on advanced AI technologies: an online platform targeting public and private companies to make sustainable mobility promoter initiatives more effective, and a GDPR-compliant app targeting citizens to incentivize the use of low to zero-carbon options.

To make our solution tailored to the territory's needs, we intend to engage both the citizens and the main local stakeholders (including potential sponsors and donors) through participation and co-design processes.
